Our IWES Gold Coast program originally scheduled for 12 – 16 July 2021 has been postponed to September 27- October 8, 2021 and will be held online.

Please note that while this event is online and as such not subject to physical seating limitations – we are still limiting places to ensure each participant receives adequate teaching and question time.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

The IWES Online courses will be delivered via livestreaming. All lectures will be delivered live where possible. Workshops will be delivered live, and will require participants to have active microphones /video capabilities on their device. Access details will be provided prior to course commencement.

On the first day, we advise that you plan to logon 10-15 minutes early, in order to make sure you have microphones and videos working correctly. Please refer to your course confirmation email for any course specifics, access details will be provided prior to course commencement.

  2. Registration price does not include accommodation. Accommodation can be booked directly through the Mercure.
  3. Group Booking discounts of 20% are available for bookings of 5 or more in one transaction.
  4. UQ alumni and AWA members are eligible for additional 10% discount. Please contact cpd@eait.uq.edu.au for registration. AWA Member and UQ Alumni discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount.
  5. Cancellation of registration less than 4 weeks before the starting date of a course(s) will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price.
    Alternatively, delegates may send a substitute without incurring any charge, please notify by email to info@iwes.com.au.
  6. Cancellation of registration less than 2 weeks before the starting date of a course(s) will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the course price.

  7. Payment due 30 days after invoice date.
  8. Booking is not guaranteed if payment is not made prior to 30 August.
  9. While every attempt will be made to deliver all advertised courses, IWES reserves the right to cancel individual courses at short notice.
